SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Joel Dean Perry, 25, of Montrose, has pleaded guilty to one count of having a blood alcohol level above the legal limit within two hours of ceasing to operate a vehicle.

The charge is from Nov. 21 in Montrose.

Perry was sentenced to serve four days in jail, is prohibited from driving for 12 months, must pay a fine of $2,000 and a $600 victim surcharge.
