SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 21-year-old man from Moncton, N.B. will serve jail time after pleading guilty to several charges.

Ryan Fernand Richard pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a prohibited device - a 20-round gun magazine without holding a license, one count of owning a prohibited device while being subject of an order not to, and one count of using a stolen credit card.

Richard was sentenced to serve 45 days in jail.

The charges are from Oct. 26 and 27 in Summerside.
