SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 48-year-old Lennox Island man has pleaded guilty to one count of having a blood alcohol level above the legal limit at the same time as having control of a motor vehicle.
Kevin Joseph Labobe was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail, which he received permission to do intermittently, and he must remain on probation until his time is served.
He is also prohibited from driving for 18 months, was fined $2,000 and must pay $600 in victim surcharges.
The charge is from Oct. 31, in Lennox Island.
