SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 38-year-old Kildare Capes man has pleaded guilty to one count of breaching a probation order, one count of breaching a court undertaking and one count of uttering a death threat.

Michael Harper was sentenced to serve 18 days in jail and 12 months of probation.

The charges are from July 3 and 10 in Kildare Capes.
