Kensington police, fire departments respond to incidents

KENSINGTON, P.E.I. —

Kensington’s police force responded to 75 incidents, including 20 for assistance, in August. 

The fine revenue for the month was $4,095.50. That is the most revenue collected in a month during 2020. The previous high was $2,952 in February.

In August, the Kensington Fire Department responded to 21 incidents, including 14 fire-related calls.

Councillors received the updated at a recent monthly meeting of Kensington town council.
