SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Paul Orvell Waite, 59, of Kensington has pleaded guilty to one count disobeying a lawful order given to him by a judge. 

The charge is from June 6 in Summerside. 

Waite received a suspended sentence and must serve 24 months of probation.
