Council approves new subdivision for St. Eleanors, P.E.I.

NORTH ST. ELEANORS, P.E.I. — A major subdivision titled Waterview Heights is headed for St. Eleanors.

Summerside city council granted the project preliminary approval during its monthly meeting on May 19, held via video conference.

With 11 lots, the subdivision is intended for single-family residential units and will be located off of Century Court in St. Eleanors.

The application was submitted by Corry Laureijis of 101539 P.E.I. Inc earlier this month. The city's planning board decided to recommend it for approval during its May 14 meeting.
