SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 26-year-old O’Leary woman was in provincial court recently to answer to assault charges from October.
Teri Lynn Maria McFadyen pleaded guilty to assaulting on-duty Summerside police officer Gina Lisi on Oct. 27.
McFadyen will spend three days in jail and 12 months on probation. She must also pay a $100 victim surcharge.
