CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. - A proposed five-storey building in downtown Charlottetown will be going to public consultation.
During its recent monthly meeting, Charlottetown city council passed first reading of a resolution dealing with several variances for the proposed building at 80 Grafton St.
If the development goes ahead the building will be for mixed use.
The building’s owners will have to enter into an agreement with the city for parking spaces in the Pownal Street Parkade for 10 years.
