P.E.I. is in for another significant snowfall today.
Environment Canada issued a snowfall warning for the entire province, predicting up to 15 cm.
The weather agency said snow will develop over the Island around noon Friday and continue until the evening where snow may mix with ice pellets.
The snowfall is expected to taper to scattered flurries or showers overnight into Saturday morning.
Strong southeast to easterly winds, with gusts up to 80 km/h, are expected ahead of the system during the day on Friday.
Environment Canada warned visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow, and advised Islanders to be prepared to adjust their driving with changing road conditions.
