CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. - Parking commissionaires in Charlottetown wrote 2,824 tickets in the month of October.
That’s down from the 3,091 they wrote in the month of October in 2017.
Overall, a total of 26,335 tickets have been written so far this year compared to 29,715 that were written to this point last year.
In terms of other enforcement tickets, 67 tickets were issued under the nuisance bylaw compared to 99 written in October 2017.
That brings the total number of nuisance tickets written this year to 809, compared to 623 last year.
And, 18 tickets were issued under the dog bylaw in October compared to 27 in October 2017. The total for this year is 344 compared to 295 last year.
