CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. - Motorists weren’t obeying the basic rules of the road on St. Peters Road in October.

Police issued three tickets for moving violations (non-speeding) where the road intersects the arterial highway.

It made that location the busiest spot for police in October.

There was a four-way tie for second place.

Police issued two tickets each at Capital Drive and North River Road, Great George Street and Kent Street, Mount Edward Road and Belvedere Avenue and University Avenue at Nassau Street.

There were a number of streets that came in with a single ticket issued.
