SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – Emily May Sonier, 18, of Summerside has pleaded guilty to one count of stealing gas from the Hunter River Circle K Convenience, one count of stealing a bicycle, one count of mischief by damaging a building belonging to the China Star Restaurant, one count of breaching a court undertaking and possession of stolen property, a licence plate.
The charges are all from between July and September and took place in Hunter River and Summerside.
Sonier was sentenced to serve 10 days in jail, which she received permission to do intermittently, serve 18 months of probation and pay $400 in victim surcharges.
Regarding the possession of stolen property charge, Sonier received a suspended sentence.
