WEATHER- Tuesday, Feb. 13: Sunny, very cold wind

Environment Canada is predicting that it will be mainly sunny today, but a cold northwest wind is giving bitter feel-like temperatures around -25C.

On P.E.I. today, early morning temperatures ranged from a high of -9.3 at East Point to a low of -12.3 at North Cape.
