CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. - A Summerside man convicted of possessing and making child pornography will learn his fate in February.
Provincial court judge John Douglas will sentence Waylon James Molyneaux on Feb. 5.
On Wednesday, Douglas found Molyneaux, 32, guilty of possessing and making child pornography.
During the trial, the court heard from a witness who testified finding six or seven photos on Molyneaux’s phone of an underage girl, including some that had the girl’s buttocks, vagina and legs exposed.
