In the final part of The Guardian's annual year-end interview with Wade MacLauchlan, chief political reporter Stu Neatby asks the P.E.I. premier about his thoughts on the rise in popularity of P.E.I.’s Green Party, his fears around political populism in Canada, the housing crisis and what he believes to be the most memorable accomplishment of his government this year.
