Uttering death threats, damage to property nets jail time for P.E.I. man

SUMMERSIDE – Christopher Paul Patterson, 36, of Summerside has pleaded guilty to mischief, by damaging someone else’s property, uttering a death threat, failing to attend court as directed and breaching his probation.

The charge is all from between April and December 2017 in Summerside.

Patterson was sentenced to serve 90 days in jail, 18 months of probation and must pay $400 in victim surcharges.
