A severe thunderstorm warning ended for Kings County just after 5:30 p.m. Friday. There are no active alerts in place for P.E.I. at this time. 

The system produced strong wind gusts and pea to dime sized hail, heavy rain and strong wind gusts across the Island at various points throughout the afternoon.
