CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Motorists be advised that Young Street between Upper Prince Street and University Avenue in Charlottetown will be closed for the day.

This closure is necessary for the city's water and sewer utility department to install water and sewer services.

The sidewalk within the construction area will also be closed.
