O'LEARY, P.E.I. — Chief administrative officer (CAO) for the Town of O’Leary, Bev Shaw, assured councillors during their October monthly meeting that the municipality is in good financial shape heading into the final months of its fiscal year.

Shaw noted an extra $100,000 in infrastructure dollars has helped with projects.

She said the town will be slightly over-budget in recreation, but the biggest over-expenditure is likely to be in sidewalks after councillors agreed the quote for sidewalk repairs was so favourable that the town should carry out additional sidewalk work.
