CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Charlottetown has signed off on a developer’s request to amend an approved development plan in the comprehensive development area to go from two buildings with 88 units to one building with 88 units on the Towers Road.
The development in question is just behind the Charlottetown Mall, on the left side of the street as motorists are driving towards the mall.
The height of the building will increase from 50 feet to 62 feet, while the project will be subject to design review. A portion of the building will offer residents affordable housing. The project also requires the signing of the amended development agreement.
