An incident involving a man stealing a P.E.I. woman’s SUV at a mall in Dieppe is still under investigation.

The woman was in the parking lot at the Champlain Mall on March 11 when she said a man got into the driver’s seat of her SUV and started the engine.

She said she had to get her children out of the vehicle before the suspect drove away.

When contacted Thursday, Codiac Regional RCMP Staff Sgt. Jamie Melanson said the police are still investigating the theft.
