Summerside woman issued driving suspension

SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. —  A 26-year-old Summerside woman was handed a seven-day driving suspension early Sunday morning after being pulled over for allegedly driving impaired.

Summerside Police Services said officers on patrol saw a car driving in Water Street area March 17 at about 2:30 a.m. without its lights on. It also drove over a curb.

The driver was pulled over, given a roadside alcohol screening test and issued the suspension.
