SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 48-year-old Summerside man was in provincial court for drunk driving recently.
Scott Joseph Peters pleaded guilty to one count of operating a motor vehicle while also having a blood alcohol level above the legal limit.
The charge is from Aug. 15 in Summerside.
Peters was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail, which he received permission to do intermittently. He must also remain on probation until his jail time is served. He was also fined $1,500 and must pay a victim surcharge of $450 and is prohibited from driving for 24 months.
