SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – Graydon James Hearn, 19, of Summerside has pleaded guilty to a number of charges against him.
The charges include five counts of breaching his probation, one count of failing to attend court, one count of possession of property, a car valued at less than $5,000 and two counts of theft of items from local stores.
The charges are from throughout 2018 and took place in the East Prince area of P.E.I.
Hearn was sentenced to serve 119 days in jail but received credit for the equivalent of 107 days he has already spent in custody.
Hearn must also serve 18 months of probation and pay $900 in victim surcharges.
