SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – David Brian Gavin, 65, of Summerside has pleaded guilty to two counts of failing to abide by the conditions of a court undertaking.

The charges are from August in Summerside.

Gavin was given a suspended sentence and ordered to serve 24 months of probation and must pay a $100 victim surcharge.
