SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 44-year-old Summerside man was in provincial court recently for getting in touch with someone he shouldn’t have.
Jason Ronald Ancel Ballum pleaded guilty to two counts of breaching his probation by contacting someone he’d been ordered to have no connections with.
The charges are from dated Sept. 19 and Oct. 3 in Summerside.
Ballum was sentenced to serve 60 days in custody, which he received permission to do conditionally, must serve 18 months of probation and must pay $200 in victim surcharges.
