Summerside man gets 50 days in jail after pleading guilty to two charges

SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 30-year-old Summerside man has pleaded guilty to one count of unlawfully being in a dwelling house and one count of breaching a court undertaking.

Curtis George Dyment was sentenced to serve 50 days in jail, which he received permission to do intermittently.

He must also remain on probation for 18 months and pay $300 in victim surcharges.

The charges are from Dec. 27, 2019, and Feb. 27, 2020, in Summerside.
