Summerside man charged under Tobacco Act

SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – David Lea Snow, 53, of Summerside has pleaded guilty to one charge under the Tobacco Tax Act.

The charge was that he had in his possession one thousand grams of tobacco, contrary to provisions of section 16 (1) of the act.

The charge is from June 10 in Summerside.

Snow was fined $393.50 and must pay costs of $75.
