CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — A 24-year-old Stratford man has been charged with drunk driving.

Charlottetown Police Services responded to 911 call Feb. 20 reporting a possible impaired driver at the corner of University and Belvedere avenues.

Police located the vehicle and determined that the driver was impaired by alcohol.

The man was arrested and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and will appear in provincial court at a later date.
