SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Basil John Marvin Gallant, 42, of St. Raphael has pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a Schedule 1 controlled substance, methamphetamine.
The charge is from Nov. 7, 2018, in Summerside.
Gallant was fined $500.
