St-Louis man sentenced under Fisheries Act

SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – A St-Louis man has been sentenced under the Fisheries Act.

Paul D. Murphy, 56, pleaded guilty to one count  of possession of lobster measuring less than 77 mm.

The charge is from Sept. 11, in Miminegash.

Murphy was fined $700.
