CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. - A P.E.I. man who drove his vehicle onto the Charlottetown Airport runway in July is expected to be sentenced Friday.
Matthew David Joseph Carter was scheduled to be in court Wednesday for a hearing on the facts but the case was adjourned until Friday.

Carter has been in custody for more than three months since his arrest and was on statutory release from prison for a prior conviction when he committed the offences at the airport.
He has pleaded guilty to impaired driving and damaging property.
