For those who have yet to take in Phase II and Friends’ 2018 Christmas show, entitled “Rockin' Little Christmas”, there is only one last chance to do so.
On Sunday, Dec. 16, the show will be performed at Central Queens United Church in Hunter River. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with the show beginning at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available at the door.
The entire group looks forward to returning to Hunter River to one of its favourite venues. This beautiful church has comfortable seating for a large crowd and offers a warm atmosphere and great acoustics.
This year, Phase II and Friends have added even more energy to the Christmas show with a number of new upbeat songs which are sure to entertain. These lively numbers will be blended with some traditional tunes such as “Do You Hear What I Hear”, “O Holy Night” and a song which is rapidly becoming a tradition at Phase II concerts, “Hallelujah”.
Campbell and Hickey team up for a duet by Mariah Carey and Michael Buble called "All I Want For Christmas Is You", while Glydon joins Hockey for "The Greatest Gift of All" by Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers.
Truly a show which boasts "something for everyone", this is a concert not to be missed. "Audience response has been amazing," says Hickey, spokesperson for the group. "It's been like performing for family with great audience participation."
