CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Charlottetown police have charged a 24-year-old Regina man with assault.

Police responded to a complaint of a man causing a disturbance at a business on Kent Street Tuesday, Sept. 22 at 10:30 p.m.

As a result of the investigation, the man was charged.

The accused spent the night in jail was released Wednesday morning with conditions.

He will appear in provincial court at a later date.
