Queens District RCMP has charged three P.E.I. men with impaired driving over the past few days.

On Saturday, April 4, a 54-year-old Charlottetown man was arrested in the community Brookvale for impaired driving. He subsequently provided breath samples that were more than two times the legal limit.

Later that day, a 70-year-old Milton Station man was arrested for impaired driving and provided breath samples that were three times over the legal limit.

During the early morning hours of April 6, a 52-year-old New Haven man was arrested for impaired driving in the community Cornwall. The man eventually provided breath samples that were well over the legal limit.

In a news release, Queens District RCMP said it has recently noticed a “concerning increase” in impaired driving offences.
