RCMP investigating theft from Kinkora business

The RCMP is investigating a theft that took place Oct. 13 at a Kinkora business.
KINKORA, P.E.I. —

East Prince RCMP is investigating a theft at Big Dog Convenience Store in Kinkora that took place on Tuesday, Oct. 13.

At about 4:35 p.m., the suspect entered the convenience store wearing dark shoes, dark pants and a light-coloured hoody with dark zippers and shoulders and wore their hood up and mask over their face even though it was a nice evening outside. They then proceeded to the liquor store side of the store and stole two bottles of liquor and quickly left the store without paying.

Police are requesting assistance from the public in identifying the suspect. Anyone with information regarding this theft or suspect can call the East Prince RCMP at 902-436-9300 or P.E.I. Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
