Price of gas up one cent in P.E.I. as of Dec. 13

<p>Brandon Bouchard of Cudmore's Ultramar in Charlottetown, fuels up a Guardian vehicle Wednesday. The price of gas has dropped and now ranges from $107.5 cents per litre to $108.6 cents per litre. Diesel, furnace oil and stove oil prices also dropped five cents per litre.</p>

The price of gasoline has increased by one cent per litre (cpl) across Prince Edward Island.

Including taxes, pump prices for regular unleaded gasoline at self-serve outlets will now range from 112.7 to 113.9 cpl. 

In addition, the price of furnace oil has increased by 0.5 cpl.

There is no change in the price of diesel or propane. 

The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission approved the prices effective at 12:01 a.m. today.

For current petroleum prices visit irac.pe.ca. The commission’s next scheduled price adjustment is Dec. 20.
