Today is the last day of winter, with spring officially beginning tomorrow.

It will be sunny this morning then a mix of sun and cloud with a 30 per cent chance of flurries this afternoon. West wind gusting to 20 km/h expected, except along the coast this morning where it will gust up to 40 km/h. Today’s high is -2 C, but with the wind chill it will feel like -22 C in the morning and -8 C in the afternoon. The UV index is 4, or moderate.

It will be partly cloudy with a 30 per cent chance of flurries this evening then becoming clear overnight. West wind gusts up to 20 km/h expected with a low of -10 C. With the wind chill it will feel like -9 C in the evening and -17 C overnight.
