- WIND: W 35 knots increasing to NW 50 knots in the afternoon. Wind diminishing to NW 40 knots in the evening
- WAVES: 4 to 6 metres becoming 6 to 8 metres near noon then subsiding to 4 to 6 metres in the evening

Confederation Bridge
Bridge traffic restriction: For user safety, the Confederation Bridge has restricted certain classes of vehicles from crossing until the current high wind situation changes. Restricted classes include:
- automobiles towing trailers,
- motorcycles,
- high-sided vehicles including trucks, tractor trailers, recreational vehicles, and buses.
Bridge restrictions were put into place at 4:30 a.m. Nov. 24.
