Weather
A word from SaltWire Network chief meteorologist Cindy Day:
A low-pressure system drifting to the east brings a few centimetres of snow as winds strengthen from the north and northwest and temperatures fall to below normal values.
Flurries linger and the winds remain brisk until Thursday when a high-pressure area builds in from the west, bringing a mix of sun and cloud lasting until the weekend.
Overnight into Sunday, another area of disturbed weather arrives.
