Weather
It will be a cloudy day across the province Thursday with a 20 per cent chance of precipitation and a high of 6 C.
A word from SaltWire Network chief meteorologist Cindy Day:
“I love to decorate my yard for Christmas, but I don’t like to do it when I can’t feel my fingers. It’s time to dig out the decorations. A strengthening southerly circulation will pull in unseasonable mild air across the province; today’s afternoon temperatures will be pleasant, but it’ll be even milder tomorrow. There are showers on the way through, but don’t expect a steady rain. If you plan on holding off until the weekend, know that while Saturday morning will be fair, temperatures are expected to drop through the afternoon, and Sunday will be a lot cooler. The new work week will get off to a fair start, but I am watching an interesting weather system that has the potential to develop into a powerful Great Lakes storm by midweek. We should be on the warm, windy and wet side of this one.”
