Weather – Cloudy, chance of showers
It will be cloudy this morning with a 30 per cent chance of showers late this afternoon. Wind gusting to 40 km/h expected near noon and a high of 6 C. With the wind chill, it will feel like -9 C in the morning. The UV index is 1, or low.
Rain amounting to 20 millimetres and fog patches will develop this evening with wind gusting up to 70 km/h. The temperature will remain steady near 5 C.

Traffic advisories:
- As part of the traffic signal upgrade project, asphalt reinstatement will be taking place at the intersections of Kent and Prince streets, Kent and Great George streets and Euston, Pownal and Spring Park. At times, traffic in these areas will be reduced to one lane. Traffic control personnel will be on site. Drivers are reminded that when approaching an intersection where the traffic lights are off, it is to be treated as a 4-way stop. Pedestrian crossing signals and advance arrows are also being installed at this intersection as part of the upgrades.
- Brickwork is taking place on Queen Street between Water and Richmond streets, resulting in some closures on the sidewalk. Half of the sidewalk in this section will be restricted.
Confederation Bridge – Wind warning advisory
Weather services today indicate wind conditions that may result in restrictions of traffic on the Confederation Bridge, beginning today at 6 a.m. until about 1 a.m. Tuesday.
