A mix of sun and cloud across P.E.I. today with a 60 per cent chance of flurries early this morning and wind gusting up to 40 km/h. Today’s high is -5 C, but with the wind chill it will feel like -17 C in the morning and -12 C in the afternoon.

Tonight, northwest wind gusting up to 40 km/h and a low of -15 C. With the wind chill it will feel like -14 C in the evening and -24 C overnight.
