Weather
ADVISORY: More snow is on the way for Prince Edward Island, with up to 20 cm expected over the next couple of days.
A low pressure system will develop over the northeastern United States overnight tonight and approach P.E.I. Tuesday.
The low is forecast to move northeastward across the Maritimes Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.
Current forecast guidance suggests that western and central regions will be the most impacted while areas to the east will receive rain mixed with snow.
There is uncertainty in the exact track of this system and therefore precipitation typing and amounts may change.
Total snowfall amounts of 10 to 20 cm are possible during the period from Tuesday afternoon into the early hours of Wednesday over western and central regions.
Snowfall warnings may be issued later today.
