P.E.I. RCMP investigating suspicious vehicle fire in Grand Tracadie

GRAND TRACADIE, P.E.I. — Queen District RCMP are investigating a suspicious vehicle fire after responding to the incident on Aug. 21. 

Police and North Shore Fire Department attended the scene of the fire around 11:30 p.m. The vehicle reported to be on fire was a 2013 red Dodge Avenger parked in the driveway of a private residence. 

At this time, police are not releasing the exact address of the fire, but are looking for assistance from the public and individuals who may have information regarding the incident.

Those who recall seeing anything suspicious or unusual in the area of Grand Tracadie in general around that time are asked to contact Queens District RCMP at 902-370-9100 or to report their information anonymously by contacting P.E.I.
