SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – Christopher Stephen Hogan, 33, of Leoville has pleaded guilty to one count of uttering a death threat and one count of mischief by damaging property that didn’t belong to him.

The charge is from June 9 in Tignish.

Hogan was given a suspended sentence, must serve 36 months of probation and pay $200 in victim surcharges.
