P.E.I. man pleads guilty to breaching undertaking

SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Jonathan Joseph Rejean Martineau, 37, of no fixed address has pleaded guilty to one count of breaching a court undertaking.

The charge is from May 24 in Summerside.

Martineau was sentenced to serve 45 days in jail but received credit for six days he has already spent in custody.
