P.E.I. man fails to comply with house arrest conditions

Following a complaint of failing to comply with house arrest conditions, Charlottetown Police Services initiated an investigation, which led to an arrest warrant being issued for Donald Ernest Harley.

The 68-year-old man was located on Wednesday and brought to the Provincial Correctional Center.

Harley will remain in jail until his next court appearance.
