A Stratford RCMP officer was on patrol conducting traffic enforcement on the Trans-Canada Highway within the town limits when a vehicle was
noted approaching at a high rate of speed.

The vehicle registered on the police officer's radar at a speed of 154 km/h in an 80 km/h speed zone.
